On Monday, September 21, Chair Exercises returns for a one-time special outdoor event. We will have a special guest instructor, Jean Huelsing, registered nurse, fitness practitioner, and the founder of Camp Jump Start and CEO of Living Well Foundation. She teaches exercise classes in baby steps, leading to good habits and ultimately creating rituals. This will be a low-impact session to get you moving while seated or standing. We will meet in the parking lot behind the white house (white building west of the Rectory) under the shade of the large tree from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. The exercise class is limited to 20 participants. Bring your own chair, personal beverage, and light weights. We will be practicing personal distancing. The Church will be open for use of the restrooms so bring a face mask to wear when in the building. If there is enough participation, we may hold more Outdoor Chair Exercise sessions in the future.
