Assumption Parish of Mattese & St. John parishes are now accepting registrations for the
May 11-14, 2023 ACTS retreat weekend for men.

This parish-based retreat offers the opportunity to renew your spirituality & prayer life; to strengthen your faith & its application to your daily life and to build lasting friendships among members of the parish community. Your fellow parishioners from Assumption & St. John present the retreat with spiritual direction from our parish priests & deacons.

We invite all men to join us for a special weekend of spiritual growth & renewal!

An ACTS retreat is centered on how we as Catholics can improve our relationship with God and build a better, stronger faith community.

The retreat begins Thursday evening May 11th with check-in at 6:00-6:15 p.m. at Assumption Church. The retreat concludes Sunday, May 14th, after the 10:30 a.m. Mass at Assumption, with a luncheon following in the church lower level.

Accommodations for retreatants include a private room & bath at the Marianist Retreat Center, in Eureka, MO. Transportation to & from the retreat center is provided.  Approximately 7-10 days before the retreat, you will receive a letter with all retreat details & instructions on what to bring with you for the retreat weekend (clothing, toiletries, etc).

The cost for each retreatant is $275.  A non-refundable registration fee of $75 is payable with your registration, with the remaining $200 payable at any time before or at check-in for the retreat on May 14th.
