This past school year, our school teamed up with 3 other South County Archdiocesan grade schools to help out kids in Lemay's Hancock Place School District! Many Hancock students do not have access to laundry-cleaning appliances at their homes. In order to meet this need for clean clothes, $5,246.16 was raised this Lent by Assumption, St. Francis of Assisi, St. Margaret Mary Alacoque, and St. Simon schools, which was enough to buy a stacked washer-dryer unit for Hancock's Elementary and for Hancock Place Middle School.
