You can pre-order your BBQ Essentials today and pick them up
when you arrive on Saturday, June 1, at the Ticket Booth!
The Pre-Sale will close at 10 p.m. on Friday, May 31!Please note that all booths will be 'cashless'. Tickets must be purchased in advance
or at the ticket booth to be used for cashless purchases at all booths.The following items are available through the Pre-Sale:
BBQ Dinner Tickets
$13 - Large Dinner Plate includes CHOICE of 1 Pork Steak or 1 Chicken Breast,
PLUS 2 Sides and 1 Cookie
$7 - Small Dinner Plate includes CHOICE of 1 Hamburger or 1 Hot Dog, PLUS 1 Side and 1 Cookie
Sides include: French Fries, Pork & Beans, Cole Slaw, Potato Salad, Fruit Salad or ChipsRent-a-Tent - $100
Includes 1 x Table Under Tent with 8 ChairsRent-a-Table - $25
Includes 1 x Table on Parking Lot with 8 ChairsAssumption Ticket 10-Packs
Tickets are required for ALL booths - no cash payments will be accepted at individual booths. Game booths will need $0.50 or $1 tickets. All other booths will need $1 tickets.- $10 - Pack of 10 x $1 Booth Tickets

***Can YOU help us by working the game booths
for our Assumption Parish BBQ?***Help us fill these timeslots!
Whether you are a parent, parishioner, grandparent, middle schooler or high schooler in need of service hours, or just a KIND SOUL who would like to help us out, we invite you to be an instrumental part of our Parish BBQ by managing a game booth for an hour or two! We need volunteers that are in 7th grade and up. Be sure to check out BOTH pages of the sign-up sheet!

If you have a special vehicle and want to be a part of the parade by adding your special touch, please text Jennifer Belleville at 314-374-3996 to add your name to the parade lineup.
We will meet at the west parking lot at 2:15pm behind the white house.
